Our self-paced programs support Prajna Fire scholarships and Dharma work. The Ngondro Prep School Self-Paced program consists of videos and materials distributed through a special Google Classroom during the live Ngondro Prep School series offered from August through October 2023. The series explores each of the four Karma Kagyu Ngondro prerequisite practices vital to laying a strong foundation for Mahamudra meditation. Proceed one by one through each module at your own pace. Progress to the next module upon completing the videos in the previous step and spending four weeks immersed in the practice as described. You have six months to go through the four practices one month at a time, with the last two months to review as you please.
